AAG IT Services expands Lincolnshire service with new appointment

At AAG IT Services, we support businesses across the UK with their IT and technology needs, and we’re pleased to welcome Emma Taylor to our team to support our growth in Lincolnshire.

Exterior view of a modern office building with large glass panels and a prominent AAG logo displayed across the upper windows. The entrance features a curved metal canopy above double glass doors. Two individuals are standing on the paved area in front of the entrance. Inside the building, a staircase and reflections of nearby structures are visible through the glass facade. A brick wall forms part of the building on the left side, and a parked car is partially visible on the right.

Since its founding in Chesterfield in 2009, AAG IT Services has grown to support businesses across the UK with our 10 nationwide locations, including Manchester, Leeds, and London.

Recently, our growth in Lincolnshire has led to us hiring additional support in this area. And with this, we are delighted to welcome Emma Taylor to AAG IT Services.

Emma has joined us as our new Service Desk Engineer, bringing almost 5 years of 1st line engineering experience to our service department. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthening our team to deliver an even more reliable, responsive and exceptional service to our clients.

In addition to her service experience, Emma has worked on a variety of projects, including setting up a network across a host of new garden centres, assisting with SharePoint and documentation projects, and heading out on site visits to support on-the-ground technology.

At AAG, we know that great people create a culture of excellent service. Whilst Emma will be focused on supporting King Edward VI Grammar School in Louth, Lincolnshire, we know that she will be a very valuable addition to the Service Desk team (and the school for that matter!)

This new addition is part of 10 new recruits at AAG, as we expand our capacity within every department, including the Sales Team (welcome Janine) and Service Desk team (welcome Seth) to meet increasing demand and support even more businesses with tailored IT services.

Technology is only as strong as the people who support it. With Emma on board, we’re enhancing our ability to deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients depend on.

Please join us in welcoming Emma to the AAG work family. We’re excited for the knowledge and insight they bring to our team — and even more excited for the future we’re building together.
