Apprenticeship programme continues at AAG IT Services with latest hire

At AAG we invest heavily in our apprenticeship programme to support the development of those looking for a career in IT, and we’re really pleased to welcome Seth Morley as our latest Apprentice Support Engineer.

One of our core values at AAG is Growth. We want to help our clients prosper. We design scalable solutions; our hard work and a can-do attitude enable us to support our partners’ goals and, most importantly, our employees’ goals.

That is why we invest heavily in our apprenticeship programme, and we’re really pleased to welcome Seth Morley as our latest Apprentice Support Engineer.

Tom Proctor, Head of IT Operations and part of the Senior Leadership Team, joined AAG IT Services as a Service Desk Apprentice 10 years ago. And recently, Lucy Gibson has been promoted to Strategic Account Manager, just 3 years after joining as a Business Admin Apprentice.

Seth joins us at a time of continued growth, which aligns perfectly with his own goals as he seeks to develop a career in a growing industry. Previously, Seth has worked as both a Customer Experience Manager within the retail sector, and as a night shift manager at Sainsbury’s.

Whilst his passion for music meant he studied this alongside English language, and literature, at college (even if he states that feels like a lifetime ago!)

IT infrastructure and technology are only as strong as the people who support them. With Seth joining, we’re committed to improving our ability to deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients depend on.

Please join us in welcoming Seth to the AAG team. We’re excited to support him in his ambitions of developing a career within the industry.
