In recent months, AAG IT Services has continued to grow, opening the door for additional support to be welcomed across departments.

We are delighted to welcome Janine South to the AAG IT Services team! Janine has joined us as our new Sales Support Administrator, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer experience to our growing organisation. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthening our team to deliver an even more reliable, responsive and exceptional service to our clients.

Previously, Janine worked within the manufacturing industry as both a Sales Admin and a Quality Technician, with many transferable skills for the IT and technology sector. After just one week, Janine described the new sector as “exciting, challenging, rewarding” and don’t we know it! The same description goes for her new colleagues too, we’re sure.

At AAG, we know that great people create a culture of excellent service. With her previous experience in customer service and desire to support a wider team, Janine is a very welcome addition to the Sales & Marketing team.

This new addition comes at a time of continued growth for AAG, as we expand our capacity within the Projects Team (welcome Connor!) and Account Management team (congratulations to Lucy on her promotion!) to meet increasing demand and support even more businesses with tailored IT services.

Technology is only as strong as the people who support it. With Janine on board, we’re enhancing our ability to deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients depend on.

Please join us in welcoming Janine to the AAG work family. We’re excited for the knowledge and insight they bring to our team — and even more excited for the future we’re building together.
