Lucy Gibson has been promoted to Strategic Account Manager. Since joining in 2022 as a Business Admin Apprentice through Chesterfield College, Lucy has grown into a vital member of the Sales and Marketing Team. Join us in congratulating Lucy on her hard work and dedication.

We’re delighted to announce that Lucy Gibson, who most of our clients will know through her role as Sales Support Assistant, has been promoted to become our newest Strategic Account Manager. Having been with AAG IT Services since 2022, Lucy knows our customers better than anyone and will bring great enthusiasm to our growing Account Management Team. This promotion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing our team with the opportunity to train and develop their own personal skills, and in turn, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

At AAG, we know that our people are at the heart of our award-winning service. Lucy joined us in 2022 as a Business Admin Apprentice through Chesterfield College. After passing her apprenticeship with a distinction, Lucy was promoted to Sales Support Assistant to work alongside the Account Management Team, helping with the day-to-day of Managed IT Support. Now, with a growing customer base and a focus on maintaining our excellent level of service, Lucy has been promoted to Strategic Account Manager.

This new addition comes at a time of continued growth for AAG, as we expand our capacity within the Service Desk (welcome Connor and Elskan!) and Account Management team (welcome Will!) to meet increasing demand and support even more businesses with tailored IT services.

IT and the technology behind it can only be as strong as the people who support it. With Lucy and her deep knowledge of both customers and cyber security, we’re developing our capacity to deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients depend on.
