We’re thrilled to say a big hello, and welcome to two new faces at AAG IT Services! Elskan Szeniawski and Connor Bloomfield have joined us as our latest Apprentice Support Engineers. These appointments focus on both strengthening our Service Desk, allowing us to deliver a more responsive and more reliable service, and the apprenticeship scheme we firmly believe in.

At AAG, the apprenticeship programme has created a pathway for several senior members. Tom Proctor, Head of IT Operations and part of the Senior Leadership Team, joined AAG IT Services as a Service Desk Apprentice 10 years ago. Recently, Lucy Gibson has been promoted to Strategic Account Manager, just 3 years after joining as a Business Admin Apprentice.

Connor joins after studying Computer Science, IT and Maths at New College in Doncaster alongside working for a CCTV firm. And has a vested interest in IT, right from working on home devices and then into college.

Coming from his role as a Head Coach of a Kickboxing Academy, where he achieved the rank of Black Belt 4th Dan, Elskan joins the world of IT as this is a passion that has always come naturally to him. In addition, he’s keen for career progression within the industry, so the role at AAG became a natural fit.

These new team members come at a time of rising growth for AAG, as we expand our capacity within the team, and within our office space – more to come on this soon. All of which is done to ensure we meet increasing demand and support even more businesses with tailored IT services.

Technology is only as strong as the people who support it. With Elskan and Connor on board, we’re enhancing our ability to deliver the responsive, reliable service our clients depend on.

Please join us in welcoming Elskan and Connor to the AAG work family.
