A man dressed in AAG IT Services uniform sat at a table next to a large toy goose who has his feet on the table. There is a plant on the table to the left with an open door on the right behind the man. On the wall in the background are two photos that say

At AAG, our values define how we work, and each quarter, we highlight how these values are reflected in real projects and outcomes. This time, it’s a huge congratulations to Leon Barker, our Technical Consultant, for his contributions that clearly reflect what AAG stands for and for winning Employee of the Quarter.

Accountable.

When Leon is given a task, they don’t just complete it, they own it. They take responsibility from start to finish, go out of their way to help others, and if something isn’t right for our customers, they raise it immediately and suggest solutions. Nothing gets brushed aside; everything gets done properly.

Adaptable.

A job description does not limit Leon. He has supported marketing, service desk, projects, and sales all this quarter, effortlessly switching between roles, challenges, and teams.

Why Windows Autopilot Is a Must-Have for Growing Businesses

What is Zero Trust and why should we care?

Growth.

Leon is driven to learn. From completing Microsoft training and exams to conducting self-directed research into new technologies, Leon consistently pushes themselves to improve and share that knowledge with the team.

Innovative.

Leon questions how we do things (in the best possible way). Always bringing new ideas to the table, he’s a natural problem solver and a self-confessed tech geek who loves finding smarter, faster ways to get things done.

Togetherness.

Leon’s flexibility and can-do attitude make them an incredible teammate. They’ve supported multiple teams, adapted to client demands, and consistently shown that success is built when we work together.

Congratulations Leon

You truly embody AAG’s core values — not just in words, but through your actions every single day. You’re reliable, passionate, and endlessly curious, a true example of what it means to live our values at AAG.
