We’re excited to welcome not one, but two new faces to the AAG IT Services team! Ben Bedford has joined us as our new Analyse Team Leader, bringing a wealth of experience and energy to our growing organisation. And Sam Woodward joins as our Service Delivery Manager. These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
AAG Growth Story
At AAG, we know that great people are the foundation of great service. Ben joins us with over 10 years’ experience in IT support and a passion for data analysis. His expertise in problem solving and analytical thinking is a perfect match for our mission to provide agile, forward-thinking IT solutions.
Away from the desk, Ben is both a keen darts player and Sheffield United supporter (although less said about that the better right now, apparently it still hurts over a week on).
Whilst Sam arrives with almost 10 years’ experience in the Managed IT Support industry. With a proven track record of enhancing customer experience and delivering SLA’s, Sam is a great addition to our growing, but always friendly, Service Desk team.
This new addition comes at a time of continued growth for AAG, as we expand our capacity to meet increasing demand and support even more businesses with tailored IT services.
