AAG IT Services welcomes new Business Admin Apprentice
AAG IT Services welcomes Mia Cook as a Business Admin Apprentice, continuing our partnership with Chesterfield College. This hire supports growth in the Finance & Admin Team as Hannah Moody assumes additional responsibilities. AAG’s apprenticeship program has been a proven pathway to senior roles, with leaders like Lucy Gibson, Tom Proctor, and Megan Kaye starting as apprentices. With Mia on board, we strengthen our mission to “automate your success, secure your future.”

It’s our 4th welcome in as many weeks as Mia Cook joins the AAG IT Services team. Mia has joined us as our new Business Admin Apprentice, as Hannah Moody looks to take on more responsibility within the Finance & Admin Team. This appointment marks the continuation of our partnership with Chesterfield College, which has supported our growth over the past 3 years.
At AAG, the apprenticeship programme has created a pathway for several senior members. Lucy Gibson, who was a Business Admin Apprentice herself 3 years ago, has developed into a Strategic Account Manager, Tom Proctor, Head of IT Operations and part of the Senior Leadership Team, joined AAG IT Services as a Service Desk Apprentice 10 years ago. Our Sales Team Leader, Megan Kaye, also joined as an apprentice 11 years ago.
Mia brings small experience from working in retail at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre in Sheffield, and is keen to learn the ropes in an exciting industry. This latest hire comes at a time of continued investment at AAG, as we look to enhance our service with even more reliable support, quick response and proactive strategy. Following on from our appointments of Will, Strategic Account Manager, Sen, Apprentice Support Engineer and David, IT Support Engineer – we’re excited to be able to deliver improvements to our service.
IT and technology are only as strong as the people who support it. With Mia on board, we’re enhancing our ability to deliver our core mission: automate your success, secure your future.
Please join us in welcoming Mia to the AAG work family. We’re very pleased to say this is only the first welcome post of the month, with more over the coming weeks and months.
AAG partners with ambitious, growing businesses — and we’re growing too. Contact us to discover how our team and technology can help you achieve your goals.
